There’s something profoundly therapeutic about an evening walk. As the day winds down and the sky paints itself in hues of dusk, stepping out for a walk can become a sanctuary for your thoughts. It’s a perfect time to reflect on the things you wish to change and to think through on how to improve them.
Every one of us has a mental list of things we feel we’ve done wrong. Whether it’s a professional misstep, a strained relationship, or a parenting challenge, these thoughts weigh heavily on me and us.
